Teeth Yanked

So I have been MIA for a few days, I had some wisdom teeth yanked out of my head. Wasn't fun in the slightest. First, I thought I would be put to sleep for that, Nope. Just some numbing gel and laughing gas. In all honesty, I didn't feel much, but I could hear the crunching of the tooth inside of my head, and the pressure of them pulling it out was just too much. I hated it to be honest. Which sucks for me to say but now that my teeth are gone....I am able to get braces. Friggin Braces. At 29...seriously?? they better be clearer than clear cause I am NOT looking forward to being a brace face. And it will have to wait until after December, No body gets braces right before they go to Cabo...No body. With my luck, the flight will be delayed because my mouth will set off the Metal detectors and we wont make our reservation. I know I'm being a brat, I am a little irritable still from the mouth pain.
But to be honest, Sunny Cabo is what I was thinking about the whole time. They had that super bright light all up in my face, gave me some super cool glasses, every once in a while I would get sprayed in the face with some water. That's alright, just the waves coming up to far on the beach.

So truth be told, (this will all make sense) I was having a hard time getting back into my routine of working out all morning, following my meal plan to a T. But now that I can't eat solids for about a week, I told the Dental Hygienist not to fret, I Herbalife, so I wont starve, Long story short, Who leaves the dentist from getting teeth pulled with 4 new clients?? THIS GIRL! woop woop . Turns out the entire office is on vacation During the Holidays and they want to slim up also . ha ha Go me.!

But in all reality, I lost 3 pounds lol. See all I needed was for someone to rip my teeth out of my head forcing me into my awesome eating habits. And now im back.

As for the workouts, Those start on Monday...No need to rush this ;)

Addiction


I have always heard that working out can be addicting. Then I actually started working out and weirdly I got addicted to it. But I found this ad on MSN.com that really struck me. it was called 10 strange things you get addicted to living a healthier lifestyle.  And I have to say I completely agree.

I know that before I started using Herbalife  I had like...wished I could be skinny, and wished I had the drive to eat healthier or wake up early to work out. But it just kept getting pushed back. I famously kept saying " Monday ill start, or beginning of the month ill start" Like I needed a special day to come along and MAKE me do it.

Well I jumped and ordered Herbalife. Suddenly I saw results fast, and living healthy became and addiction. I wanted to see what I could do next. So it started with eating. I would chose better options...I chased the number on the scale that kept taunting me. So when I kept watching the number go lower I started to think, what could I do to see my pant size go down. So not only did I start eating better, suddenly I found myself waking up an hour earlier just to work out. And it wasn't like a huge work out, but I would do yoga one day, weights the other, jumping jacks and before I knew it I had an entire routine down.

I could literally say that I was addicted to the way that I felt, being healthy. Everyone noticed. My attitude was better, I was more confident. And the confidence definitely spilled into the bedroom if you know what I mean ;)

So seriously , check out that site, read it and figure out what it is that YOU can do to chase that awesome high of feeling amazing.

Working Out

Ok I'm just gonna say it, im a flippin cheap ass. I make good money dont get me wrong, i just DONT want to spend it. THAT being said, I have been working out at home. Last year around tax time i got all jazzed up about the potential hot summer body i was going to have so i bought an eliptical thing from walmart.,I had this vision that i was going to set it up on my massive deck and just go downtown to pound town on it. Well it stayed a thought and i got on the bitch like once, ok twice but just to prove a point to my husband that i did it more than once.  So thus it is tax season again. No i didn't buy another one, i just set the old one up just in case i wanted to try again...i think that day is coming. But in the mean time i have been doing other little work outs. My Herbalife Coach Dalis sent me all kinds of awesome work outs. I have to tell you, I woke up so damn sore this morning, it kinda felt good...you know the good kind of burn. I felt like an idiot while i was doing them because it had been so long. But i found this picture and it totally confirmed that im not the only idiot who looks like they are taking a piss on a hydrant.




I have noticed, that with all the work outs that i am doing ( i put 5 pound weights on my ankles when i do this BTW) MY weight NUMBER has stalled, but i take weekly pictures and i can definitely see the difference.
I freaked out the first few days i didn't see a change in my number on the scale. I not so calmly text my Dalis and freaked out. She politely told me to calm my tits and realize that what i was doing was burning fat and gaining muscle. Hense seeing the difference on my body and not the difference in the scale.
That one was hard i am honestly addicted to my scale. So my husband did what any gentleman would do, He hid the fucker. Awesome, so now im freaking out and can't find my scale. But hey, maybe being a nervous wreck for another week will help.

[[ Mashed potatoes ?! ]]


I remember about, 3 or 4 years ago I went to a water park with my son and a friend and her family, I mean I didn’t look too bad in my bathing suit but I wasn’t tight and toned by any means. my son was only 2 at the time so I was definitely taking time taking the weight off.

 But I was in line with my friend to go down this water slide, and I heard the snot faced brat kids behind us laughing, so I slightly turned my head and noticed they were pointed at my ass, and one of them said, “its like mashed potatoes” I knew INSTANTLY those little punks were talking about my cellulite. I was so upset I turned around and I said “ya, well my man happens to LOVE mashed potatoes you little shit. “ Yes yes yes I know that was NOT the best reaction to give. But it happened, not my finest moment. Later that night I did what any person would do, I got drunk and cried. Did this kid NOT know that I struggled with my weight, Did this kid NOT know that I was insecure?!

OF COURSE HE DIDN’T!! he’s just a dang kid… and in all fairness, it does look like mashed potatoes. And as much as I love mashed potatoes, I do not like the back of my legs looking like it.

So this picture might be a cartoon, but in all honesty, I am definitely the one on the left. All crumply and stuff. But Just like I am taking control over my weight, I have to know that just losing weight wont fix everything. So I am now taking the mashed potatoes off the menu!

{{Good Morning my beauties!!}}

: yayyy good morning! I am feeling Awefully Awesome today!I am still fighting my routine of sleeping in and NOT exercising, but i have to tell you, when i do i feel amazeballs. Totally worth it. So yesterday im walking around safeway just dickin around looking for stuff for dinner and I had a lady stop me and ask me about #herbalife, i know what your thinking, Shes psychic, nope not this time. I was wearing my " I heart Herbalife" Pin! I pinned it onto my purse so i didn't have to worry about it matching my outfit ;) So she stopped me and asked me allllll kinds of questions. Which is great because i had just received my package explaining the ins and the outs of herbalife, from the products to the business. Lucky for both of us i am an over achiever so i pulled out my note cards and totally gave her the low down.
I gave her my contact information and BAM just like that i have a new customer! How amazing is that!

Ok I just had to share that, Im sure my son gets tired of me raving about something he has no clue about ha  ha ha. now....Back to breakfast!
